Stanford University

Stanford university was established in 31st October, 1891. This is one of the world’s leading universities,  founded by Leland Stanford.  Leland Stanford was actually a governer of California in 1861, then he was elected as USA senator.

Initially, when Standford was established,  it was started with 2000 student seats. Today,  university has 2000 undergraduate students, and more than 8000 graduate students in more than 52 courses and programs.

Standford has more than 1800 faculty members. And the stanford faculty is expected to be the best teachers and researcher in the eudcation field. Till now, total 27 Stanford faculty has won the Nobel prize.
