University of Wisconsin-Madison was established in 1848 in Madison, United States. It is a public research University and it is also referred as UW-Madison. The University is well known for its excellence in the field of research, teaching and public service. UW-Madison consists of 20 schools offering number of courses in the field of liberal art studies, professional programs and student activities. The university enrolls more than 40,000 students of which 29,000 are undergraduates, 8700 graduates and 2500 professional students.
University of Wisconsin- Madison includes more than 2000 faculty providing best teaching for the students. The faculty have been awarded 19 noble prizes. The university also provides financial aid and scholarship facilities for the student.
